Flowspire provides:

• Film and video production services
• Consultancy and advisory services (including Flow Atlas frameworks)
• Digital products and educational materials
• Physical products (where applicable)
• Events, workshops, and diagnostic sessions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 Quotes

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotes may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion.

2.2 Deposits

Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit (if required) is received.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

• 50% deposit to secure booking
• 50% due upon delivery
• Consultancy sessions payable in advance

Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs under UK law.

2.4 Cancellations

If a client cancels:

• More than 7 days before service: deposit retained
• Within 7 days: up to 100% of quoted fee may be charged
• On the day: full fee payable

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to illness, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery & Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed:

• One round of reasonable revisions is included
• Additional revisions are chargeable
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

We are not responsible for delays caused by client non-response or failure to provide materials.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All original intellectual property created by Flowspire remains the property of Flowspire unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a usage licence as defined in their agreement.

4.2 Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to use completed work for:

• Portfolio display
• Social media
• Promotional purposes
• Awards and press

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

4.3 Website Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, frameworks, and methodology (including Flow Atlas materials), is protected by copyright.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce content for commercial use
• Adapt, modify, or redistribute materials
• Resell digital products

Without written permission.

5. Flow Atlas & Educational Content Disclaimer

All educational content, frameworks, diagnostics, and advisory materials are provided for informational purposes only.

They do not constitute:

• Medical advice
• Psychological treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial advice

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• We are not responsible for website downtime or technical errors
• We are not responsible for third-party platforms or services
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Unless otherwise stated:

• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
• Workshop or event tickets may be non-refundable

Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
